Brian Ferrier

EVP, East Coast Region at Gemini Rosemont Commercial Real Estate

Brian Ferrier is Executive Vice President of the East Coast Region, where he is responsible for the Company’s development efforts, including monitoring progress for the design, government approvals and construction completion. He directs and oversees the design per the project requirements and reviews all aspects of project development. Mr. Ferrier is a licensed architect and has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Gemini Rosemont as Vice President, Development, Mr. Ferrier worked in project management and owner’s representative roles for 10 years in New York City with Silvercup Studios, Breaking Ground and VVA, completing 500,000 square feet of residential new development work and 525,000 square feet of office projects during that time. Mr. Ferrier graduated from the Catholic University of America with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He completed a Master of Real Estate Finance from the New York University. He is a LEED accredited professional and holds a registration as a Construction Superintendent with New York City.
