Tristen Plagge

Tristen Plagge currently serves as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Gemini, Inc., since August 2023. Previously, Tristen worked at 3M in various capacities, including Advanced Global Lean Value Stream Engineer and Optimized Operations Engineer, contributing significantly to product engineering and operational efficiency within the Display Materials Science Division and other production lines. Notable achievements include leading process improvement initiatives, optimizing machine settings, and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, resulting in awards such as the 2021 Q1 Dynamo Award and a 3M Silver Award. Tristen possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
