Kim Pisciotta

Kim Pisciotta, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kim started their career at Wyatt's Cafeteria Corporation as an Administrative Assistant in Accounting. Kim then joined Nissan Diesel America Inc as an Administration Specialist and later became an Assistant Manager in Human Resources.

In 2000, Kim moved to Gemmy Industries Corporation and began their journey in Human Resources management. Kim initially served as a Human Resources Manager and subsequently progressed to the role of Director of Human Resources. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Gemmy Industries Corporation.

Kim also ventured into the field of HR consulting and coaching during their tenure at VARIDESK, where they worked as an HR Business Partner and a Consultant/Coach. Additionally, they have held various leadership roles at industry conferences such as The HRSouthwest Conference, where they served as a Conference Director, and HRSouthwest, where they were the Co-Director of Registration/Onsite.

Kim Pisciotta, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies-HR from The University of Texas at Dallas, which they obtained from 1994 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1992 to 1994, where they studied Drama/Theatre Arts and Stagecraft. Kim also earned a High School Diploma in Basic Fundamentals from DeSoto High School in 1990. In addition to their formal education, Kim has obtained various certifications on platforms such as LinkedIn, including courses on remote working, virtual meetings, stress management, and productivity. Kim has also completed training in Excel and HR as a business partner.
