Sarah Findlater

Sarah Findlater is the current Head of Secondary at GEMS Education Malaysia. Sarah has previously worked as the Head of Secondary at GEMS Education and as Deputy Headteacher at Brighton College International Schools.

Sarah is responsible for all aspects of the Secondary school, including MER, strategic planning, self-evaluation, safeguarding, child protection, recruitment, inspection preparation, leadership development, appraisal, school improvement planning, parental engagement and everything in between. Sarah is also the Whole school designated Child Protection Officer.

Under Sarah's leadership, the GCSE results improved by 10% overall, with 61% achieving A-A*, 71% A*-B and 93% A*-C.

Sarah Findlater has a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from the University of Liverpool and a PGCE in Secondary English Teaching from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society.
