Swapna TV is an experienced professional in ERP solutions and HR systems, currently serving as Manager of ERP Solutions at GEMS Education since November 2010. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, configuring HR payroll systems, and overseeing workflow configurations and data migration. With prior roles as Assistant Manager of HR Solutions and Specialist Software Developer, Swapna focuses on Microsoft Dynamics ERP HR systems, core HR, payroll, and finance modules. Previous experience at Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd as a Software Developer involved C#.NET development and SQL server applications. Swapna holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communication from the College of Engineering, Munnar, part of the Cochin University of Science & Technology.
