Aron Grossman

Aron Grossman is a managing director at Gemspring Capital, where leadership of the software investing practice is a key responsibility within a private equity firm managing $1.5 billion in assets. Previously, Aron founded Cleanshelf, a software expense management provider focused on optimizing SaaS and cloud software costs. Experience includes serving as principal at Rho Capital, where the focus was on software investments, and as CFO at Voxy, a platform for English language learning, managing finance and capital-raising functions while securing over $25 million in venture funding. Earlier career roles include senior associate at Tailwind Capital, concentrating on equity investments and advising portfolio companies, and analyst at Houlihan Lokey, where involvement in M&A transactions in the consumer products sector was key. Aron holds a BA in Economics and Spanish from Emory University.
