Chirag Hirawat

Chirag Hirawat is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment and private equity. Currently serving as Principal at Gemspring Capital since January 2021, Chirag previously held the position of Vice President at BlackIvy Group from September 2019 to December 2020 and Vice President at Golden Gate Capital from August 2014 to July 2019, after progressing through roles as Senior Associate and Associate within the firm. Early in the career, Chirag gained foundational experience as an Analyst in Leveraged Finance at Goldman Sachs from July 2011 to August 2014 and as an Investment Banking Intern at M.C. Alcamo in 2009-2010. Academic background includes a BA in International Relations and Math from New York University, complemented by earlier education at The George Washington University School of Business and The Doon School.
