Gardiner Schroeder

Gardiner Schroeder is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment banking. Currently serving as Vice President at Gemspring Capital since May 2022, Gardiner specializes in the industrials sector. Prior roles include Private Equity Senior Associate and Private Equity Associate at Re:Build Manufacturing, where significant investments were made in industrial technology and manufacturing. Gardiner began the career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Alantra, focusing on mergers and acquisitions within the industrials space, and also gained initial experience as a Summer Equity Research Analyst at Lapides Asset Management.
