Kalyan Mukherjee

Kalyan Mukherjee is an experienced operating partner currently with Gemspring Capital since April 2024, focusing on enhancing EBITDA through growth, cost optimization, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Kalyan served as an operating partner at Apollo Global Management, leading large-scale cost transformation initiatives. Kalyan also held the position of managing director and partner at AlixPartners, where leadership was provided for significant enterprise improvement programs in the industrial and technology sectors. Additional experience includes senior roles at Nielsen Company, Bridgewater Associates, Danaher, McKinsey & Company, Delphi Automotive Systems, and Valeo Engine Cooling. Kalyan's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester's Simon Business School, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
