Arti Mehan

Arti Mehan has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Arti is currently working at GoCardless as a Senior Manager of Compliance Operations. Prior to this, they worked at Checkout.com as a Senior Manager of Operations Enablement from 2020 to 2022. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the KYC Quality Control Team Manager at ICBC Standard Bank Plc. Before that, they worked at Barclays Corporate Banking as the Deputy Head of KYC Quality Control from 2015 to 2017. From 2010 to 2015, they held multiple roles at Metro Bank (UK), including Service Quality Manager, Local Business Support Manager, Business Banking Manager, and Commercial Banking Officer. Arti Mehan started their career in 2004 at Barclays Bank as a Local Business Manager and later became a Branch Manager. Prior to that, they were a Branch Manager at Leeds Building Society from 2001 to 2004.

Arti Mehan obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Pharmacology from the University of Central Lancashire, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their undergraduate education, Arti Mehan also holds several certifications. Arti obtained the Investment Foundations Certificate from the CFA Institute in December 2017. Prior to that, in November 2014, they obtained a Specialist Certificate in Money Laundering Risk in Capital Markets from the International Compliance Association. Recently, in March 2022, Arti Mehan completed the ICA Demystifying Cryptocurrencies certification from the International Compliance Association.
