Anne-Claire Berg

Anne-Claire Berg currently serves as the Chief People and Impact Officer at Gen II Fund Services, a role commenced in July 2022. Previously, from September 2019 to May 2023, Anne-Claire acted as a Guest Lecturer on Sustainability & Leadership at Harvard University, presenting insights on innovative organizational structures. A significant portion of Anne-Claire's career was spent at Danone from February 2010 to May 2022, where roles included Global Head of Culture & Engagement, Secretary General of Danone UK & Ireland, and Global Head of Intellectual Property. In these capacities, Anne-Claire was instrumental in shaping Danone’s corporate strategy and enhancing its culture. Additionally, Anne-Claire co-founded LUXE.TV, driving its international growth, and worked as an Intellectual Property Attorney at King and Spalding, focusing on digital brand adaptation. Anne-Claire holds multiple advanced degrees including an LLM in Trade Regulation from New York University School of Law and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.
