David Meyerchak

David Meyerchak is a Principal at Gen II Fund Services, LLC. David has eighteen (18) years of experience in the private equity administration industry. David has extensive knowledge of co-investment funds, fund of funds, feeder funds, secondary funds, complex fund structures, waterfall calculations, tax accruals, and managing fund audits.

Prior to joining Gen II, David was a Partner at Stone Pine Accounting, LLC where he managed the Allvue team and oversaw funds with varying investment strategies and a diverse investor base. David received a BS in Accounting and Master of Accountancy at the University of Denver. David is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Colorado.
