James Myers

James Myers is a Principal at Gen II Fund Services, LLC. James has over 24 years of accounting and reporting experience in the private equity industry (including 8 years at Gen II) with a broad knowledge of buyout funds, venture capital, mezzanine funds, and fund of funds. Prior to joining Gen II, James was a Senior Manager at SS&C responsible for accounting and reporting for private equity funds with aggregate commitments of over $5 billion.

Prior to SS&C, James was the Controller at Fenway Partners, a middle market private equity firm with approximately $2 billion in assets under management. James started his career at PwC serving clients in the financial services industry. James is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BBA in accounting from Adelphi University.
