Richard Zheng

Richard is a Managing Director of Gen II Fund Services, LLC. Richard has worked in the private equity fund administration industry for over fifteen years. He has extensive knowledge of complex fund structures and financial reporting, including onshore/offshore parallel funds, blockers, splitter, AIV, and co-investments. Additionally, he is experienced in setting up waterfall calculations including multi-hurdle waterfall with various catch-ups on both American and European waterwall structures and onboarding and transition of new clients.

Prior to joining Gen II Richard was an assistant vice president at Citi Private Equity Services Inc. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from SUNY at Buffalo.
