Kevin Zeman

Kevin Zeman is a Principal at Gen II Fund Services, LLC and oversees the tax client services team. Kevin has over fifteen (15) years of tax experience with an emphasis in the private equity industry. Kevin has extensive knowledge related to the taxation of private equity, real estate, energy, and infrastructure investments, including partnership mergers and acquisitions and limited partner tax considerations.

Prior to joining Gen II, Kevin was a Partner at Stone Pine Accounting, LLC where he oversaw tax services for the entire fund and investor client base. Prior to Stone Pine, Kevin was a member of PwC’s WNTS Mergers & Acquisitions practice and Deloitte’s Partnership Solutions Group, where he focused on complex allocations, technical calculations, and transaction modeling. Kevin has a BS in Physics and Mathematics from Vanderbilt University, a JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation from Northwestern University School of Law.
