Michelle Wighard

Michelle Wighard is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in fund administration and accounting. Currently serving as an Enterprise Relationship Manager at Gen II Fund Services since May 2023, Michelle previously held multiple roles at State Street, culminating as Managing Director, where responsibilities included leadership of a team of over 20 accountants, managing workflows, mentoring staff, and overseeing compliance for audits and tax preparations from September 2008 to May 2023. Earlier experience also includes serving as Accounting Manager at Bessemer Trust and Auditor/Senior Accountant at Deloitte & Touche, with foundational roles as Accounting Assistant at Lazard. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Pace University's Lubin School of Business.
