Nancy Allen Gibbons II has an extensive work experience in human resources and people operations. Nancy currently serves as the Head of North America People Operations at Gen II Fund Services, where they also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiter. Nancy has also worked as a Consultant at Career Management Advisors, where they provided advisory services across various HR disciplines. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of People Services at Aveanna Healthcare and the Director of Human Resources at Exide Technologies. Nancy also held leadership positions at Swett & Crawford, Novelis, Wachovia (now Wells Fargo), UBS Wealth Management, and ClinTrials Research, Inc. Throughout their career, Nancy has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, talent acquisition, HR transformation, workforce governance, and employee relations.
