Nicole Tully

Nicole Tully, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Currently, they serve as the Head of Culture & Engagement at Gen II Fund Services since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC for several years, holding positions such as Human Capital Management: Employee Experience, Director, and Client Service Director. Before joining Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC, Nicole worked as a Client Service Associate at Institutional Marketing & Client Service in 2002. Nicole also gained experience in communications and marketing roles at Marsh. Nicole Tully, SHRM-SCP holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management & Development from NYU School of Professional Studies. Nicole also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from Drew University. In addition, Nicole has obtained certifications such as SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM and Series 7, 66, 24 from FINRA.
