Perry Irish

Perry Irish has a strong background in affiliate marketing, with experience in both management and strategic development. Perry started their career at Lands' End, where they worked as an Internet Marketing Assistant, supporting the Affiliate Marketing Manager in program execution. Perry then moved up to become the Affiliate Marketing Program Manager, responsible for a multi-million dollar budget and overseeing all aspects of the Affiliate Program. During their time at Lands' End, Perry also built partnerships and negotiated contracts with leading loyalty and reward partners.

After their tenure at Lands' End, Perry joined True Action, an eBay Inc Company, as an Affiliate Marketing Supervisor and later as a Marketing Manager. In these roles, they developed and implemented affiliate marketing strategies for various brands, including Kraft, Hanes, NFLShop, NBAStore, MLBShop, ShopNHL, NASCAR, and NFL.com. Their responsibilities included recruitment, retention, activation, and acquisition of affiliates, as well as data feed distribution, site auditing, and campaign management. Perry also managed current affiliates and successfully executed affiliate marketing campaigns.

Most recently, Perry served as a Sr. Affiliate Marketing Manager at Gen3Marketing before transitioning to their current position as the Director of Affiliate Marketing. Although the end date for their role at Gen3 Marketing is not specified, it can be assumed that they are still employed in this position. Overall, Perry Irish has extensive experience in affiliate marketing, with a focus on strategic planning, team management, and partnership building.

Perry Irish obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from American InterContinental University, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Associate Degree in CIS-Microcomputer Specialist at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College between 2000 and 2002. In addition to their formal education, Perry also received a certification in the 2020 CJ Ambassador Certification Program from CJ Affiliate in August 2020.
