Braden Anderson

Braden Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Braden started their career as a Real Estate Development Intern at Sares-Regis Group in 2008. Braden then worked as a Finance Intern at Nikko Citigroup and later as a Financial Analyst at Johnson & Johnson in 2009. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a Dispute Resolutions Consultant at Fulcrum Inquiry LLP.

In 2011, Anderson joined Allegiant Air as a Financial Analyst and was later promoted to Manager of Crew Planning, where they built their own department and implemented labor strategies. After that, they joined DaVita as a Redwoods Summer Associate in Corporate Strategy in 2014. Braden continued their journey at DaVita as a Group Regional Operations Director and then as a Regional Operations Director from 2016 to 2019.

In 2019, Anderson became the Chief Executive Officer of CapRock Health and led the company's transformation in terms of network, Medicare, trust, and profitability. Braden left CapRock Health in 2021 to become the Chief Executive Officer of Physician Housecalls, where they reinvented primary care for people aged 65 and above. Braden also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Physician Housecalls until 2022.

Currently, Anderson holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Gen4 Dental Partners, starting in November 2022.

Braden Anderson completed their Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University, which they pursued from 2003 to 2010. Braden then went on to attend the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2013 to 2015, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
