Nick Tilden

Nick Tilden has over seven years of experience in the field of research and development. Nick began their career in 2013 as a Lab Technician for Lexmark International, Inc. After one year, they moved to Prometheus Laboratories Inc., A Nestl\u00e9 Health Science Company, where they served as a Research Associate for two years. During this time, they were responsible for developing ELISA immunoassays for gastrointestinal and inflammatory markers and cataloging and organizing thousands of samples in a LIMS system. In 2016, they joined Genalyte, Inc. as a Scientist III. Nick was later promoted to Sr. Process Development Associate and Process Development Associate II, where they lead Process Development and silicon surface chemistry. Nick was also highly involved in Manufacturing, Quality, and Assay Development. Nick was credited with developing a novel process that lowered consumable costs 25x.

Nick Tilden obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder between 2008 and 2012. In 2020, they also obtained two certifications: the Talent Academy for Leaders from Talent Authority in August, and HIPAA Professional (HIPAAP) from HIPAA Training in March.
