Hadirah Yusuf started working as a Remote Technician in the Abled Online Department. She consider herself fortunate to be able to learn so many new things from her team members. In addition to learning how to fix a variety of problems, she also learns how to communicate well with people.

She was later assigned to the Monitoring and Client Support Departments. While monitoring EPiC sessions, she simultaneously does her Client Support Executive’s tasks which include the monitoring of leads from eCornell as assigned, with prompt follow-up and high conversion rates. If a customer wishes to enrol for a course, she provides the necessary help in enrolment, assisting the customer until he or she finally registers for the course. Following registration, she dispatches an invoice to the customer for payment. Her job requires her to understand the eCornell website and all other related tasks.
