David Nielson has a diverse work history, spanning multiple industries and roles. David began their career in 2004 as an Office Furniture Installer at the Office Environment Company before transitioning to a role as an Assembly Operator at Micron Technology. In 2007, they joined Integrity Computer Consulting as a Computer Service Technician.

Nielson then moved on to work at HP Enterprise Services in 2007, where they held various positions including SAN Storage Administrator and Systems Administrator. In 2011, they joined Aurora Technical Consulting as a Systems Engineer, a role they held until 2015.
