Kimberly Peil

Kim is the person that makes sure GenCare has Great Employees; and that GenCare is a great place to work for employees. She accomplishes this thru active recruitment and by seeing to it that GenCare offers their employees competitive wages and great benefits based on the industry standards in the area.

Born in Carthage Missouri; moving to Renton, Washington, at a young age, Kim also spent time in Portland, Oregon after becoming a newlywed; where two of her three, now-grown children were born. Kim has acquired over 30 years of combined experience in Finance, Administration, and HR Services throughout the banking, food service, and hospitality industries during her career.

Kim first came to work for Gencare Lifestyle in 2009, as the Payroll and Benefits Administrator and then became Corporate Director of Human Resources in 2010. Her main responsibility is managing all activities related to Human Resources (HR) and Payroll operations in a shared services environment including payroll activities, company benefit plans, HR data maintenance, and general HR reporting with an emphasis on leveraging information systems to ensure operational and administrative efficiency.

Kim enjoys spending her off time with her three granddaughters, attending regional fairs and outdoor markets throughout Washington, and going to the many area parks, lakes, and beaches to walk and stay fit; while trying to keep up with her active granddaughters.
