Clayton Conder has over 15 years of experience in marketing and sales. Clayton began their career in 2003 as a Promotions Supervisor at TLC Promotions. In 2006, they were an Account Executive at MCM, a Marketing Intern at Timeless Memory Productions, and a Marketing Coordinator at The Territory Ahead. In 2011, they were a Consumer Insights Analyst (Contract) at Jack in the Box. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Marketing Consultant at SPI Study Abroad. From 2013 to 2015, they were an Account Executive / Product Manager at Dura Medic/IconoCare. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Marketing Director and Marketing Manager at SkillGigs. From 2017 to present, they have been a VP of Marketing and a Marketing Director at Gene by Gene and FamilyTreeDNA.

Clayton Conder attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2001 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing & Accounting. Clayton then attended Trinity University from 2003 to 2006, also earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing & Accounting.
