Caylin Colson

Caylin Colson is a Scientific Account Manager at Genedata since September 2022, with a substantial background in research and engineering. From May 2018 to February 2023, Caylin contributed as a Graduate Student Researcher at Berkeley Imaging Systems Laboratory, focusing on a novel Magnetic Particle Imaging technique and developing models related to super paramagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles. Prior experiences include work as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Louisiana Tech University, where Caylin engaged in programming, analysis, and modeling for engineered materials, along with an internship at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, contributing to IT engineering and project management. Caylin holds two PhDs in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of California, San Francisco, as well as dual Bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Physics from Louisiana Tech University. Earlier educational pursuits included a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
