Kathleen Osborne

Kathleen Osborne, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the US Head of Human Resources at Genedata since May 2015. In this role, Kathleen manages various HR functions, including employee life cycle management, recruiting, benefits administration, and multistate Employee Handbook compliance. Prior to Genedata, Kathleen held several positions at LEWA Process Technologies, Inc., starting as Office Administrator and advancing to Human Resource Manager, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting, payroll, and FMLA administration. Kathleen's early career included roles as a CAD Designer and in accounting support functions. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Fitchburg State University, along with additional education from Mount Wachusett Community College and Nashoba Valley Technical High School.
