Timothy Fong

Dr. Timothy Fong is currently the CTO at GenEdit. Timothy has over 25 years of experience in the biotech industry, including positions such as VP Science & Biotechnology at AllCells, LLC, Program Director Cell Therapy at BD Biosciences, and VP Cellular Technologies at Cellerant Therapeutics. Dr. Fong's experience and expertise are in the areas of cell therapy, oncology, and immunology.

Dr. Timothy Fong received their PhD in Immunology from the University of California, Los Angeles. Timothy then went on to pursue an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General, from Saint Mary's College of California. After completing their MBA, Dr. Fong became a postdoctoral fellow in eukaryotic gene transcription factors at the Salk Institute for Biological Sciences. Finally, they completed their educational career by earning a BS and MS in Biological Chemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles.
