Hsiao-Tien Chang

Hsiao-Tien (Tina) Chang, CIH, CSP, serves as a Senior Safety Health and Environmental Program Manager at Genentech since January 2017. Previously, Tina held the position of Associate Consultant at BSI from March 2016 to January 2017 following BSI's acquisition of EORM. Tina also worked as a Consulting Specialist at BSI Consulting from June 2013 to March 2016 and as an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist for Kelly from September 2011 to January 2012. In earlier roles, Tina gained experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Oregon State University, an Intern at Benton County Health Department, a Technician at the Industrial Technology Research Institute, and an intern at Taiwan Agricultural Chemical and Toxic Substances Research Institution. Tina holds a Master of Public Health from Oregon State University, a certificate in Emergency Management from Portland Community College, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Chung Shan Medical University.
