Katie Hart is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in marketing operations and management within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Marketing Operations and Chief of Staff for the Oncology Business Unit at Genentech. Responsibilities include overseeing the execution of key priorities for a large commercial oncology team, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing strategic initiatives.
