Kevin Kannady

Kevin Kannady is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and scientific recruitment, currently serving as the Sr. Principal Talent Partner for Computational Sciences at Genentech since September 2005. Kevin has played a pivotal role in establishing the gRED Computational Sciences organization, focusing on leveraging data and technology to enhance drug discovery and development. Kevin's expertise also extends to the Personalized Healthcare division, where responsibilities include recruiting scientists and evaluating AI tools to optimize hiring processes. Previously, Kevin held the position of Sr. Scientific Recruiter at MAGIC BioPharm Resources and started a career in the service industry as a bartender. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University.
