Shannon Holloway

Shannon Holloway currently serves as the Executive Director of Campus Development at Genentech since September 2025. Prior to this role, Shannon Holloway was the Director of the Construction & Design department at the University of California, Berkeley from June 2015 to September 2025, overseeing all construction projects. Shannon also held the position of Assistant Director within the same department, focusing on large projects. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager while self-employed and at Cambridge CM, Inc. from April 2013 to April 2015, as well as a Senior Project Engineer at DPR Construction, Inc. from 1997 to 2002. Shannon Holloway holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
