Tracy Furey

Tracy Furey is an experienced communications executive currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Communications at Genentech since October 2023. Prior to this role, Furey held several key positions at Novartis, including Vice President & Head of US Country and Innovative Medicines Communications & Engagement, where responsibility included managing the Novartis brand and reputation in the U.S. Furey also served as Global Head of Novartis Oncology Communications & Engagement, focusing on strategy and reputation management within oncology. In earlier roles at Novartis, Furey strengthened patient advocacy and expanded access programs for oncology patients. Furey’s career began at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where Furey was Vice President of Public Affairs, following work as Account Supervisor at MCS Public Relations. Furey holds a BA in Communications from Adelphi University.
