General Laboratory Supervisor at Geneoscopy

Maya Crowder has worked in the field of laboratory science since 2013. Maya began their career as a Data Collector for the Leap to Achieve Program in 2013. In 2015, they took on two roles at the University of Missouri-Columbia, Security Officer and Security Desk Attendant. In 2018, they worked as an Intermediate Seed Technician for Monsanto Company and a Clinical Laboratory Specialist for Creative Testing Solutions. In 2019, they became a QC Technologist for the American Red Cross, performing basic through advanced manufacturing, processing and test procedures on blood (primarily platelet) products. Currently, they are working as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist for Geneoscopy.

Maya Crowder obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biochemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2013 to 2017. In April 2021, they obtained certifications in Biomedical Research and GCP for Clinical Trials with Investigational Drugs and Medical Devices (U.S. FDA Focus) from the CITI Program, A Division of BRANY.
