Dana Arbach

Dana brings a wealth of experience to Gener8. Having led HR as a full-service organization, she partnered with executives and business leaders, implementing long-lasting change while driving corporate initiatives, including workforce scaling, portfolio alignment and entrance in new geographies. Her professional career spans semiconductor and life science industries.

Prior to joining Gener8, Dana served as Global VP of HR at OSRAM for 8 years and was responsible for over 1500 employees globally. Previous roles included Global HR Director at Marvell Semiconductor for 3 years, overseeing the Corporate HR Business Partners, Organization Development and Immigration and held various Management HR roles at PerkinElmer for 11 years. She spent 2 years with AMD where she started her HR career.

Dana holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with minor in Nuclear Physics from the Bucharest Polytechnic University in Romania, and a Highschool Chemistry Teacher Degree from the same. She attended Dimitrie Cantemir Law University in Bucharest for 3 years prior to relocating to the Bay Area, California.
