Jerry Jurkiewicz

Jerry is an accomplished, dynamic leader who has managed complex, world-class organizations and driven strong results, helping them reach notable financial and operational goals. His distinguished career has spanned leadership roles in a broad array of industries including the life sciences, medical devices, analytical instruments, industrial development, and defense.

Before joining Gener8, Jerry served as CEO at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, a private equity-backed orthopedic implant and instrument contract manufacturer with international sites across the U.S., EU, and Asia. He oversaw more than 2000 employees and grew the value of the company’s organic revenue quickly, accelerating the overall growth of the company.

Jerry has led new product development, global growth initiatives, and strategic operations as CEO at Highway Technologies, Bolttech Mannings, Inc., IDEX Corporation, and several other large companies. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at PerkinElmer as VP of global operations and quickly rose within the company to run the optoelectronics groups as VP and general manager. Jerry is a proud Michigan native and earned his Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
