Erin Harrover

Erin Harrover is an accomplished program manager currently leading the gener8tor Insurance & Wealth Accelerator, focused on investing in insurtech and fintech startups. Prior experience includes serving as Employee Resource Group Leader and Program and Board Administrator for the American Society of Civil Engineers, where responsibilities encompassed managing an academic review process and enhancing social media initiatives. Erin also has experience as a Talent Solutions Intern at Roanoke Regional Partnership and held various roles in legislative, marketing, and healthcare settings, developing skills in event planning, administrative support, and content creation. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Hollins University and has participated in an educational program at the University of Limerick.
