Jacob Pollastrini

Jacob Pollastrini has over 6 years of experience in sales and demand planning. Jacob is currently the Director of CS NEST at gener8tor. Prior to joining gener8tor, they worked as a Senior Sales Forecast Analyst at General Mills and as a District Representative at Nalco Champion, an Ecolab Company.

At General Mills, Jacob managed sales forecasting and demand planning for the entire Blue Buffalo ecommerce business, including Amazon and Chewy. Jacob also led forecast accuracy monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

At Nalco Champion, Jacob increased account revenue by more than 10% annually during a down market for the industry. Jacob also completed an extensive 9-month technical sales training program at division headquarters with a strong emphasis on the counselor sales approach.

Jacob Pollastrini earned their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jacob went on to get their Permaculture Design Certificate from Oregon State University.
