Malorie Passman

Malorie Passman currently serves as a Senior Talent & People Operations Specialist at gener8tor, responsible for hiring and retaining top talent while enhancing the employee experience. Previously, Malorie held roles as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Program Manager within the same organization, where successful management of the gener8tor Skills Accelerator program took place. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Catalyst Internship at Ochsner Health, coaching volleyball at Lusher Charter School, and serving as a Retail Advisor at Paris Parker Aveda Salon & Spa. Malorie holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a Human Resources Concentration from the University of New Orleans and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from River Parishes Community College.
