Aaron Volp

Aaron Volp is a seasoned operations engineering manager at Generac Power Systems since August 2021, bringing extensive experience in continuous improvement and lean methodologies. Previously, Aaron served as the Continuous Improvement (Safety/Quality) Manager at VT Industries, where a focus on lean leadership transformed the manufacturing process. Prior roles include leading product development engineering at Faith Technologies, implementing lean cultural transformations at Alliance Laundry Systems, and holding various engineering positions at Kimberly-Clark, where foundational electrical engineering and project management skills were developed. Aaron holds a degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and an Associate's degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Fox Valley Technical College.
