Lily Goltz

Lily Goltz is a Power Electronics Engineer at Generac since May 2023, following a diverse range of roles during an academic career at Bryn Mawr College. From December 2019 to May 2023, Lily served as a Hall Advisor, Classroom Assistant at the Phebe Anna Thorne School, Laboratory Assistant in the Bryn Mawr Plasma Lab, and as a Hanna Holborn Gray Fellow. Leadership experience includes serving as Co-Vice President for the Society of Physics Students and working as an SSR Research Assistant in the Bryn Mawr Plasma Lab. Additional roles include a Sales Associate position at J.Crew, a Historical Preservation Intern with the New Castle County Government, and a Farm Hand at Twin Village Food Bank Farm during the summer of 2021. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, Lily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Growth and Structures of Cities from Bryn Mawr College.
