Stephanie Peters is a seasoned training and development professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and power systems industries. Currently serving as a Residential Training Specialist at Generac Power Systems since April 2021, Stephanie has developed comprehensive training programs and monthly workshops while acting as a Subject Matter Expert for Genesys across six departments. Prior experience includes a role as a Training Delivery Specialist at Sprint, where regional training initiatives were led for over 50 locations, along with various management positions that honed skills in sales and operations.
