Mubbasher Hussain

Mubbasher Hussain has extensive work experience in the IT field, spanning over 13 years. Mubbasher started their career in 2009 as a Network Manager at St Thomas Primary School, where they were responsible for maintaining and managing all ICT systems within the school. In 2011, they joined CMS Group Ltd as a Technical Support Analyst, providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support to multiple customers across the UK. Mubbasher also managed servers and infrastructure to minimize downtime. In 2013, they became an Infrastructure Engineer at Elitetele.com plc, where they took on responsibilities such as managing multiple domains, ensuring server security, and implementing strategic plans for business growth. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Head of IT at Ghars International School, where they were responsible for maintaining and managing all ICT systems, budgeting, performance monitoring, and managing third-party relationships. Presently, they serve as a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer at GAP Ltd, where they handle escalations, provides technical support, resolves tickets, and enhances end-user server support.

Mubbasher Hussain attended the University of Central Lancashire from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in Computer Network Technology. Their field of study focused on System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager. Prior to their university education, Mubbasher completed their A levels at St Marys College in Blackburn, United Kingdom from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Mubbasher obtained certifications in MCSA Server 2012 R2 and MCSA: Windows Server 2012 from Microsoft in February 2016.
