Brendan Seay

Brendan Seay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and production management, as well as operations within the military sector. Currently serving as a Program Manager at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems since December 2019, Brendan leads a team of 115 in the Unmanned Aircrew Operations division, responsible for various operational and developmental flight tests. Prior to this role, Brendan worked at Reynolds Consumer Products as a Production Manager, overseeing a 24/7 plastics manufacturing facility and previously held multiple positions in the United States Air Force, culminating as Chief of Current Operations/Electronic Warfare Officer, where responsibilities included managing significant flying hours and coordinating multi-agency schedules. Brendan holds a Master’s Degree in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Washington State University.
