Max Weng is a Back End Developer at ACM at UCSD since April 2023, where responsibilities include developing and maintaining the API for the Membership Portal and Store, rearchitecting databases with TypeScript and PostgreSQL, and automating unit testing with AWS tools. Currently, Max is also a Software Engineer Intern at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, having previously served as an OPALS Mentor at UC San Diego, supervising interns and implementing data processing pipelines in MATLAB and Python. Max is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at UC San Diego, expected to graduate in June 2026, after completing high school at Canyon Crest Academy with a diploma in June 2022.
