Will Cattell

Will Cattell is an accomplished Project Control Analyst with extensive experience in developing, managing, and analyzing project schedules across various organizations. Currently serving as Project Control Analyst/Planner IV at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems since May 2022, Will previously held multiple roles at General Atomics and ViaSat Inc., demonstrating expertise in critical-path analysis, earned value management metrics, and resource management. Will has a strong technical background in creating and utilizing VBA macros to enhance work processes and data analysis, contributing to program recovery plans and proposal development. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University and an Associate of Science in Computer Programming from Grossmont College.
