Paul Fielding

Paul Fielding is the Chief Operating Officer at General Catalyst. Prior to this, they were the Head of Capital Markets at SoFi Inc. from May 2013 to March 2018. There, they led SoFi's efforts to provide the lowest cost of capital in the marketplace lending space. Paul also worked at Cignifi as Products Lead from September 2010 to May 2013 where they developed implementation plans for Cignifi's portfolio of telecom data based scores and analytics. From March 2009 to May 2013, they were also Principal at MeasureOne where they grew the business from inception and built a range of student loan focused products. Paul Fielding began their career as an Analyst at Royal Bank of Scotland in January 2007.
