Marcela Serrano Martínez is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Founder of MSM Agente de Seguros since September 2023, Marcela aims to provide personalized advisory services to both corporate and individual clients from an actuarial perspective. With a career spanning from 1992, Marcela has held certified insurance agent positions at AXA, Insignia Life, General de Seguros, and SEGUROS BANORTE, S.A. DE C.V. Additionally, Marcela worked as a Senior Actuary at Seguros BBVA Bancomer, focusing on technical notes, reserve valuations, and claims processes in life insurance. Marcela holds a degree in Actuaría from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and a diploma in Risk Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
