James Milholland

James Milholland has extensive experience in the systems engineering field, primarily with General Dynamics Mission Systems since June 2003, where roles have included Technical Manager, Senior Advanced Systems Engineer, Lead System Engineer, Principal Systems Engineer, and Senior Photonics Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as an Optical Engineer at Lockheed Martin from March 2002 to June 2003. James Milholland holds a Master's degree in Photonics from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
