Lynne Austin

Lynne Austin has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Lynne is currently the Director of International Facilities and UK Operations at General Dynamics Mission Systems. Previously, they held positions such as Head of Operations at General Dynamics Mission Systems and Commercial Manager at Nationwide Building Society. Prior to that, Lynne worked at Lloyds Banking Group in various roles including Business Support Manager, Supplier Manager, and Business Communications Manager. Lynne also has experience in customer service as a Service Excellence Manager at Lloyds Banking Group and as a Team Leader at Halifax. Lynne's early career involved being a Retail Manager at Allied Domecq.

Lynne Austin attended Aberystwyth University from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law. Prior to that, they attended Caerleon Comprehensive School from 1983 to 1990. Currently, they are enrolled in an executive leadership program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, starting in 2021.
